I have to be one of the most fortunate brokers in the business. Another 9.5 (there aren't any 10's) on the 1 to 10 condition scale everyone asks about, has just arrived at our Staten Island location for brokerage. In fact, I would rate this 2009 58 Tiara Sovran a 9.7 and challenge someone to prove otherwise. Not too many of these left on the market and with a very aggressive price of $1,195,000, this one won't be floating around for long either. We even land stored it right at the front of the line so it is ready for survey and sea trial for the lucky new owner!
