All interior woodwork in light mahogany matt silk finish. Locker doors with rounded edges and ventilation above as far as possible. Floor is varnished wood with inlaid holly strips. Salon ceiling has panelling with mahogany strips and ceilings in remainder of boat have light lining. Hand holds are in all the right positions. The boat is carpeted (beige), except directly in front of the galley, press studs avoid movement. All portholes are fitted with beige curtains. Curtains also under the skylights. Salon The settee offers comfortable seating. On the port side a 2.13 m / 7’ long L-sofa that has backrests with hinges so that the space behind can be utilized as storage as well as rounded corner for utmost comfort. Aft Cabin: Generously sized aft cabin has a hanging locker on portside and two comfortable berths. One double berth (2m/6'7"long x 1.35m/4'5"wide) and single berth (2m/6'7" long x 90cm/3' wide). Stowage room below and above, a fitted mirror. Seat between the berths.
Aft head compartment in white laminate. Teak grating. Wash basin and countertop in Corian, a large mirror. Separate shower with watertight shower stall, plexi glass doors. Shower water drained by pump directly overboard without going into bilges. Manual switch on shower pump for reliability. Electric toilet. Stainless holding tank, emptied by gravity or by deck pump out. Cupboard above and below washbasin. Ventilation through opening porthole and a hatch, with milk coloured acrylic glass to let light but no view in.
Forward Cabin: Two 2.13 m/7’ long berths with ample stowage above and below and in addition a number of lockers. A hatch and opening porthole.

Chart Table and Walkthrough A comfortable chart table seat with spacious chart table with shelf above. Electric panel to the right of the navigator. Five drawers and stowage slots. There is a larger rubber sealed two-door access to the engine room off the walkthrough. On portside there is a wet locker and various cupboards.
Working surface in white plexicor with strong, all round fiddle rail. Carefully insulated icebox with baskets and water cooled electric compressor for chilling. Top opening freezer with dual thermostat can be used as freezer or refrigerator. Extra deep, double sink. Two burner gas stove with oven, well gimballed with fiddle rails and locking device for oven door. Electric gas switch. Crockery locker and cutlery drawer. Bread board. Room for saucepans and other kitchen utensils, room for the waste bin and other items. 2 gas bottles, 2X3 kg in outside locker.
Engine and Mechanical
Engine Volvo Penta D2-75, 55 kW/75 HP 4 cylinder 2.2 Litres cylinder volume. Mounted with four rubber feet on strong foundations to avoid vibration and noise. Hydraulic transmission.Water-cooled rubber exhaust pipe. Freshwater cooled engine. The hot freshwater circuit is led into a 40 L / 11 US gallon well insulated hot water tank. Due to the good insulation water remains hot for many hours after the engine has been run. The engine is served by a separate 12 V battery. There is a large filter for cooling water. The bilge pump has been installed in a position where it can be cleaned even in extremely bad weather conditions.

Model MKII 2008 Improvements and Upgrades
New slightly taller rig, where the mainsail is a little larger and there is a slight fractional rigging in line with the Hallberg-Rassy 37, 40, 48 and 54. The rig combines the sturdiness of the masthead rig with the easier trimming facilities of a fractional rigging. All new deck mould New winch steps, which not only look great, it allows easier step into the cockpit and better height of the winch, giving improved accessibility Rounder curving between the superstructure roof and superstructure side The blue stripe around the cockpit is in gelcoat and is laminated into the deck The frames of the deck hatches for the saloon and v cabin are lowered The deck hatches of the aft cabin and the forward heads are lowered completely into the teak The aft deck locker lids are moved more aft, being better positioned over the actual locker for better access The cockpit teak is lowered into the level of the gelcoat, giving both better comfort, better looks and easier cleaning The alcove in the cockpit is lowered into the coaming, no frame disturbs the comfort when sitting here The seating comfort of the cockpit is improved by a better shape of the coaming, in line with the Hallberg-Rassy 54 and 342 Improved shape of the windshield coaming gives better looks

In the galley, the fridge is improved to the same as used in the Hallberg-Rassy 48. That means built in evaporator, automatic light and three baskets in order to more easily organize the small items
The bulkhead between the galley and the saloon is shortened a little towards the hullside
That makes it possible to increase the work top area in the galley a little, without sacrificing space in the cockpit locker or the saloon The fiddle around the vanity in the walk through to the aft cabin is improved to the same as used in the Hallberg-Rassy 48, meaning built in grabrail If a deep freezer is ordered, this is improved to the same size as in the Hallberg-Rassy 48, with a basket, built in evaporator and automatic light New improved design of the carpet, where more of the beautiful teak and holly floor is showed at the ends Improved comfort for the navigation table seat
