TOWING & LAUNCHING INFORMATION
This 40’ houseboat model has a hydraulic system mounted on the trailer that expands and retracts the unit. It also lifts and lowers the entire trailer during the launching and loading of the unit. Each side is operated separately with a 12’ hand held remote control switch. The lifting and lowering is done anywhere on the houseboat with the use of a wireless hand held remote unit.
A 3000lb-cable winch is used to secure the houseboat to the trailer and assist in loading it.
It is operated with a hand held control switch. The winch can also be used to retract the trailer arms if the hydraulic system fails.
A RV/Marine battery is mounted on the trailer for the operation of the hydraulic system.
