Everything aboard was created to make life aboard comfortable, and more importantly, enjoyable! The watch word for this Selene when it was built was "no compromise". Everything was to be first-class to result in one of the most robust Selene's in the world. Its 60-ton plus weight offers you stability lighter boats dream of having. Combine the stabilization and vibration reduced propeller and you find yourself enjoying an exceptionally smooth and stable cruise aboard "Alassio".
The layout of the 59' Selene gives you 3 staterooms in total comfort, a beautiful main salon to relax and visit with guests, a fantastic pilothouse with elevated seating so that all can enjoy the cruising, and above it all, an enclosed hardtop for year around cruising.
Typically the upper helm space is where everyone tends to congregate on this lovely Selene. You get that feeling of being outside but are snug inside the enclosure in chilly weather and can easily open the side curtains up when you are ready for a breeze. Enjoy the flybridge and hardtop underway, or use the seating and BBQ for dinners aboard and entertaining.
Selenes begin as all yachts do from the hull up. Selene builds yachts, in a word, solidly. They FEEL sturdy on the water and the use of natural materials such as granite, teak, and holly contribute to this feeling.
