The normal brokerage model foresees that the seller pays a certain percentage of the total prize to the broker. This constitutes an implicit, but powerful  incentive for the broker to close at the highest prize acceptable to the buyer.

As we percieve ourselvrs as acting powerfully in the best interest of our client, we deveoped a different remuneration model that assures the congruence of interests between buyer and broker. According to this model the broker receives 25% of the diffrence between the asking and the eventual selling prize. This means that the broker doesn't damage his own interesrs by reducing the prize as much as possible - to the contrary: the interest of both sides are, for the first time, optimally alligned.

We would like to stress, that this alternative remuneration model is not mandatory, but constitutes a special offer to our clients.
