The Pedro Levanto 44 can be configured in various different layouts, Sunset is fitted with the most luxurious full width owners aft cabin and island double berth fore cabin option. This layout offers up to seven berths in three cabins, with two double sleeping cabins away from the main accommodation.
FORWARD CABIN: Large island berth, hanging lockers, mirror, storage lockers and opening hatch to deck. En-suite access to main heads compartment.
HEADS COMPARTMENT: Separate heads to starboard with Jabsco marine toilet, holding tank (with deck discharge), Corian worktop and washbasin, shower with electric pump out, mirror and storage.
GALLEY AND LOWER DINETTE: L-shaped galley with generous Corian work surfaces, equipped with 3-burner gas hob, separate gas oven with grill, microwave, refrigerator, stainless steel sink and ample stowage space. The dinette opposite to port comfortably seats 4/6 and converts to a double berth if required. Steps lead up to main saloon.
WHEELHOUSE SALOON: Spacious seating area to starboard which could be used as a single berth if required with a large free standing teak table. Sideboard entertainment unit offering further easily accessed storage to port. Steps up to aft deck and steps down to aft cabin.
OWNERS AFT CABIN: The full width cabin has a large central island double berth, seat to port, dressing table to starboard and excellent storage in numerous hanging lockers and drawers. Two opening hatches to bathing platform. En-suite heads compartment to starboard with Jabsco marine toilet, washbasin, extractor fan, shaver socket, mirror and stowage. GENERAL EQUIPMENT: Webasto diesel fired warm air heating system with outlets to all cabins. Hot and cold pressurised water system via calorifier with immersion coil. EXTERNAL SPACE: The raised aft cockpit has a central helm position with a large bench seat which can flip to face aft to complement the seating around the aft deck. Located under the wheelhouse sole, Perkins Sabre M150Ti 6-cylinder 150hp turbo diesel engine. Freshwater cooled via heat exchanger. Shaft drive to 4-bladed propeller. Hydraulic steering. Bow thruster and stern thruster with helm and handheld remote controls.
The current owner has professionally maintained the engine to a high standard and the engine has had an oil and filter change in March 2014 ready for the coming season. Current engine hours are at 805hrs although this will increase gradually as she is still in use. When cruising at around 8kts the fuel consumption is approximately 8 litres per hour offering an impressive cruising range and very low fuel costs for a boat of this size. Assorted spares such as fuel filters, anodes and other useful accessories will be included.
