  This 52' Millennium Downeast 2007, custom finished by Spencer Yachts, is located in Manasquan, New Jersey and is powered by twin 850 Cat Diesels

THE 2007 custom vessel was built in Canada in 2007. It was custom finished by Spencer Yachts of North Carolina in 2011. The vessel was commissioned in July 2011. The boat can be used for all types of fishing, offshore and inshore, a research vessel, US Charter Boat carrying six passengers and qualifying for up to ten passengers for fishing or diving, or as a very serious private fishing machine. The boat is in perfect condition. Turn key and ready to go.

The engines and generator have 935 hours. The twin C-15, 850 HP FWC Caterpillar Diesels qualify for extended warranties until 2015 from Caterpillar.
 
It has power steering. ZF 360A 1.767 gears. Northern Lights 16kw Generator. The engines, electronics, and accessories have all new batteries in 2011.
 
There is a Xantrex 12V battery charger and inverter, along with a Master Volt 24V charger. Shore power is supplied with a 50Amp service. The batteries and chargers are equipped with isolaters. disconnect switches, and fuses in key locations.
 
The Air Intake system to the engines is supplied using a Delta T system with thermostatically controlled intake and discharge fans to keep the engine room cool, dry and well ventillated at all times. The boat was thoroughly bonded. There is a 2" Pacer Pump, and a 3/4" saltwater wash down pump supplying the cockpit.

The Flybridge features two Northstar 6100 i units for the open array radar, GPS, depth sounder, Sirius weather system, video from the engine room to the helm or the big screen TV in the salon. Simrad AP26 auto pilot. Furuno RD30 water temp and depth and speed. Fusion AM-FM radio with a Sirius satellite receiver and antenna. Two VHF radios, a Standard Matrix GX3000S and an Icom 502 with a big Stick long distance antenna. A comfortable LeBroc helm chair.

The cockpit measures 21' X 15' with a large insullated above and below deck fish box. A mast and boom that can easily lift a 1000lb beauty off the deck and into the insullated fish box.

A dry, above deck, storage adjacent the fish box surrounded with a custom 18 rod holders. Below deck storage. A 75 gallon livewell. A large transom door. HID underwater lights. HID Cockpit lights.On the roof six metal halide floods.a remote control spot light. Rupp Tournament triple Spreader Outriggers. 14 Lee swivel rod holders. A sink with hot and cold water. Cockpit controls- throttles and helm. A portable set of throttle controls at the stern that can be connected when necessary. A Furuno sounder is at the cockpit control station.

The salon features a microwave oven,electric four burner stove, hot and cold water to the sink, refrigerator, separate freeezer. A large six person table top.Bench seating with comfortable cushions and back rests. Pull out drawer storage surrounding the salon. Heat and Air Conditioning throughout the boat. Big flat screen TV with satellite antenna.
 
The radar, GPS, sounder,Sirius weather, engine room video can be viewed on the tv while fishing or cruising. A Forward captains quarters with private head, sink and shower. A crew and passenger head, with sink and shower. Below deck there are six cushioned bunks for passengers or crew with independent lighting. There is ample storage throughout the vessel.

The vessel carries 300 gallons of fresh water. It carries 1200 gallons of diesel in three separate below deck tanks.
 
Gross weight is 68,000 lbs. It has an ACR Global Fix 406 EPIRB. A currently inspected Revere10 man SOLAS A life raft. Current offshore flare kit. Life jackets. Stainless Steel plow anchor with chain and 600ft nylon line. An electric anchor windlass. a Stainless steel bow rail. High water bilge alarms.
 
Three rule bilge pumps, three mascerator pumps and an emergency engine room pump out using the Pacer Pump dual suction. A waste treatment system, eliminating the need for waste holding tanks and pump outs.
