Maiora 27

Although her keel was laid in 2005, this Maiora 27 was not launched and delivered until 2007. She is in perfect condition her owner having made considerable investments before the season which included: recaulking of decks, paintwork where necessary, refinishing of interior wood to repair dents and scratches, balancing of shafts and propellers and installation of new exhausts. In addition to that, the usual pre-season engine and generator service was done and she also completed her 5-year MCA survey. She is permanently crewed by a professional captain and deckhand and 2 other crew members are added on a seasonal basis. As a result, she has always benefitted from adequate maintenance.   

In addition to her MCA compliance, she also features 4 comfortable guest cabins for up to 10 people (twin cabins have additional Pullman berths) and is fitted with the optional second crew cabin which enables her to accommodate up to 4 crew members. She is therefore not only a comfortable and safe family yacht but also has a strong charter potential. Her interior is finished in dark bamboo wood which is in high demand and very fashionable at the moment. The current fabrics lend her a fairly traditional feel but very moderate investments in new soft goods could easily give her a much more modern feel.

Her owner owns a number of other yachts and this wonderful Maiora 27 is now surplus to his needs. He is therefore genuinely motivated to achieve a quick sale and is ready to negotiate. Sensible offers are therefore encouraged.
