Garden Schooner ...an absolute sweetheart

Well built, well engineered this Bill Garden designed schooner is an absolute sweetheart!

Vessel properly constructed on a 1 1/2" x 4" fir web frame. Cyprus battens and 3/8" marine plywood is covered with a fiberglass sheathing. Dry, solid boat.  New mainsail, foresail and fisherman staysail by Harding Sails. Really cool boat, masterfully executed.

Farymann 7 HP diesel engine with only 80 hrs.  18 gal fuel tank with Racor filter.

Sitka spruce spars are freshly varnished. New hull paint this summer.  Richly varnished teak trim and hatch. Brightwork spars. Distinctive double ender. Forward double berth measures 4' x 6'6" cushioned  with a 3" mattress. Wood burning cabin heater. Electric panel, running lights and four interior cabin lights. 15 lb CQR with rode and chain. Traditional galvanized cowl vent on foredeck.18 gals fresh water. Ample cabinets and storage. Easy to manage little sailer.
