"Sevenoaks" is available for sale.
She is a one-owner Beneteau 373 and is in excellent condition from top to bottom.
One of Beneteau's extremely popular models and named one of "Cruising World's" Best Boats, the 373 is a roomy cruiser with solid glass hull and deck and is filled with conveniences and comforts offered on much larger yachts. Below, she has sleeping accomodations for seven, very large workable galley with drop-in and stand-up refrigeration, enormous head with separate stall shower (seriously, you have to see how big the head is), and a main salon with real nav station and comfortable dining and lounging setups for those off-watch.
On deck, she is equally comfortable and functional. Her roomy cockpit seats your crew in comfort and all sail control lines are led aft for ease of operation. Both roller-furling main and genoa make sail setting and reefing a quick, easy job. All her Raymarine nav instruments are at the helm and the tilt-away, leather-adorned stainless steering wheel makes moving about a snap. The walk-through transom (with hot and cold shower) leads to an ample swim platform, making boarding very simple when you're done with your afternoon swim or loading bags of provisions from your dinghy. Wide side decks offer ease of movement fore and aft and the electric windlass with remote make for ease of anchoring on a moment's notice. She is also outfitted with the optional asymmetrical spinnaker arrangement for those light air days!
She offers the shallow-draft keel at 4' 11" and is powered with the upgraded Yanmar 40hp diesel with three-blade feathering Max Prop, Raymarine C80 plotter, integrated mast-mounted 2KW Raymarine radar, ST60 wind and trip indicators and Raymarine autopilot.

Entering down the companionway into the main salon, the L-shaped galley is to port, with double stainless sinks, drop-in and apartment style front-loading refrigeration, two burner stove and oven combination, Tappan microwave and ample storage space in lockers above and below the countertops. Immediately to starboard is the head, with toilet forward, sink next aft and huge stall shower with teak seat and generous ports for great lighting.
The U-shaped dining arrangement is forward of the galley offering a comfortable settee and drop table for easy conversion to a double berth. Plenty of storage under the settee and seat backs stows your gear and provisions out of sight. To starboard is a comfortable long settee with storage above and below. A critical design element is the portlight arrangement in the main salon. Numerous side ports and especially the overhead skylights provide an amazing amount of light below, even on gloomy days. Finally, just aft of the starboard settee is the nav station.
Forward of the main salon is the vee berth cabin, which has upgraded mattresses for superior comfort over plain old cushions. Two sizeable lockers, one shelves and one hanging, provide plenty of space for your gear.
The engine compartment lies below the companionway and is easily accessible through the lifting stairs, supported by gas struts. There is also easy side access through doors in the head and aft stateroom and the shaft and tankage is accessed under the aft cabin berth.
Finally, the aft cabin offers a full queen berth with mattresses arranged athwartships to provide room for the tall ones. Standup locker storage is just inside the entry and provides ample space for your gear.
