She was designed&built by Valena  Yachts  Bodrum.She was launched at 2006 started  her  actual sailing  life from  may 2007.She was  built  according  to the regulations of Turkish Lloyd commercial  class  certificate,registered  under Commercial Turkish flag.She was  built in Acajou Khaya with west  system  cold  moulding  lamination techniques.The frames were  made  by laminating 6mm  acajou with epoxy ,  stringers  6mm to 18mm  planks  totaling to 10cms in total thickness  from aft to  bow in one piece.The  planking  is in 5 layers, the  first  layer is strip planking 36mms  in thickness ,bottom  and top of each strip plank is in concave,convex  form  laminated, screwed to each other  from top to  bottom, to the frames ,above the strip planking  there  are 4  layers  of  6 mm  diagonal  planking  laminated  on top of  each  other with  west epoxy  by cold  moulding techniques  again.Deck  is  made by laying 2x20 mms marine plywood  with complete 12 mms teak decking layer on top with epoxy.The hull is covered with 8mm thickness epoxy putty all over.and she is painted in AWL grip paint in white.Masts were built own shipwrights,she was  rigged  by own  riggers. 14  to 22  mm  Python brand  german  made  stainless  steel wires were used.All fittings,toggle, turnbuckles  were  supplied  from  Himod , petersen ,7x 19  mm stainless steel wiring were  swaged to the Himod terminals.All blocks& foot blocks were made by own facilities,all sheaves were supplied  from  Antal  in  Italy.All  deck gear like sail rails,stoppers blocks etc were supplied by Antal.Sail winches were from  Andersen Denmark,mast  winches,genoa  winches are electrical Rollers for the staysail,genoa were supplied  from Bamar,Italy.Both  are heavy duty,oversize rollers in fact  all rigging equipment is oversize.Sails  are  laminate  pentex  made  by UK sails Marmaris.All  ropes  are  supplied  from  Gleistein Germany Masts,rigging this past winter  went  through a major overhaul  and recently surveyed  by M2 Marmaris.There is an unbeatable reverse cycle centralized chiller system  air-conditioning  made by Condaria  Italy on board. The system is triple pump 260,000 btu chiller connected to Condaria fan coils  all over  the boat . All machinery  is  Caterpillar,2 main engines  from  cat  16 liters  2100 rpm heavy duty  engines  both around 3700  hrs.Only few hundred  hrs ago reconditioned so like brand new. Also replaced  one of the generators with a bigger one. 51.5kw,1134  hrs with 327 starts,the  38 kw generator set  is  807hrs with 209 starts. Watermaker  is  220 lts/hrs  by Searecovery,works with 220 AC. All toilets are 24 volts  electrical Tecma ,sinks Villeroy  boch,mixers  are  Grohe on board.All  grey,black,fresh water tanks are renewed with manholes can  be  inspected inside/out.Toilets &showers  walls all over the boat are covered  with acrylic  CORIAN.Every equipment  installed is reachable &serviceable.Bilges are covered  with 12tons of epoxy,not even a drop of water is expected to be seen at the bottom of the vessel.Boat  has a proper fire  fighting system with  pumps supplied  from Gianneschi &Ramacioatti Italy,sizes in accordance of the class certificate.All pumps and blowers on the vessel is supplied by Gianneschi&Ramaciotti,Italy Lightning all  over  the vessel is supplied  by Andrea  Palagi in Italy.Boat has an oversize  bow thruster which is installed to function  to take the vessel out of the harbor at bad weather.It is an hydraulic  75 KW Side power  bowthruster ,operates with 2 power packs installed on each engine with a clutch able PTO system,also operates  hydraulic windlass,a spare 11 kw electrical pump is installed for the windlass in case it  should be operated without having the engines on at harbor  or laying on anchor  scenario Vessel has 2x200 mts 18 mm calibre galvanized  chains  for anchoring  and 2x350 kgs  anchors.Electrical  system was also made according to commercial class regulations of Turl  LLoyd , all batteries  are stationary.There are 2 groups of service batteries 1500 amps each.Chargers , investors are  supplied  from master volt.Panels  are supplied  by Bass  electronics  USA  and Siemens  switches  with security switches all over the vessel .Boat  has  a electro hydraulic  follow  up steering system  supplied by KobeltVessel has a top Hifi &surround system with airplay,on deck and inside managed  by separate amplifiers with focal speakers installed.All navigation equipment replaced with the new generation Raymarin compatible with iPad and navionic maps.She has a draft of 3.9 mts at the stern&less at the bow,has a long keel with nearly 52 tons of metal underneath.she  is a modern traditional built to the highest standards .Far more durable than a fiberglass or a steel boat with longer life expectancy.
