This is a very rare opportunity to have a truly phenomenal sailing vessel for your use and investment. The bottom was taken to raw aluminum and refared in January 2009 and she’s currently due for a bottom job. The owner has installed dual (2) SOLAS 8-person ocean life rafts. This CATAMARAN, a beautiful custom design in ¼” aluminum by French naval architect Francois Lucas; the last of three built. Designed for blue water sailing, she is possibly the most as any large CAT out there. Hull, superstructure fabrication and mechanical systems were completed at M. Marine in Louisiana. In 2003, she was delivered to a master carpenter for build out of her interior and other cosmetics where master craftsman J. Authurs build out. In early 2006, with the interior work completed, she was rigged and first sailed. Accommodations The interior main saloon of the CATAMARAN features hardwood flooring. The main saloon has fixed bench seating with Nautalex fabric and a center custom built table of exotic hardwoods for dining and everyday use. The starboard side entertainment center features a large flat screen LCD TV and DVD player. There is plenty of storage in cabinets on each side of the saloon. The spacious interior is open and airy with excellent visibility and light from all sides and a 1.9m height. Recessed interior lighting is well placed throughout. The interior headliner and walls are finished in a warm, earth tone, beige colored, vinyl leatherette with hardwood accents. The CATAMARAN has accommodated over 90 persons for dockside parties Stateside and in the Bahamas. She has hosted receptions, dining cruises and coastal excursions ranging from 10-60+ persons. The CATAMARAN currently sleeps 6-8 comfortably in 4 cabins, two with ensuite heads. The two (2) master suites feature king size berths, cedar hanging lockers, LCD TV/DVDs and large ensuite heads. Crew quarters are provided just off the aft deck in two cozy cabins in each hull, providing complete privacy in the main cabin for you and your guests. There is sleeping for one in each crew cabin with ensuite wash basin and full head off the aft deck. The Navigation Station features a large desk top and two comfortable floor mounted chairs with significant under desk storage. Located forward with step up/down access from both hulls. Teak decked cockpit with seating for 12 and large teak table. Cushioned cockpit seating with under seating dry storage. The aft deck cockpit has access to port and starboard to the engine room by way of hatches.
Galley The full sized and well-equipped port side galley has lots of counter space and natural light. It is big enough to accommodate several cooks. The galley features a Corian sink, spacious Corian countertops, under counter SUB ZERO refrigerator and freezer, G.E. microwave/convection oven, an electric Force 10 cooktop with three burners and a G.E. trash compactor. Hull and Superstructure The CATAMARAN is a go anywhere, blue-ocean sailing yacht. Heavy built for world travel, she is over-engineered in all aspects from the hull to its superstructure. This vessel is strongly built with ¼" welded aluminum over 2" X 2" angle grid on 10" centers. There are five watertight bulkheads of aluminum in each hull. The transoms are rounded with a tumblehome design and fitted with steps to the waterline. The commanding helm area features seating with cushions, full bimini (Sunbrella) with spray shield surround enclosure over a heavy duty stainless steel frame. Wide Side decks are welded aluminum with non-skid surfaces. Stanchions and lifelines are of massive 1¾” welded stainless steel, running the full length of hull, port and starboard at a height 31½”. Station Sails and Rigging With a mast height of 23 meters (75’) and super strong rigging, the CATAMARAN is able to sail in the most demanding conditions. Sailing is a breeze with her roller-furling Genoa and she cruises comfortably under sail at an average of 7 knots and motor-sails to 10 knots at cruising RPM. The addition of an asymmetric spinnaker should add 1-2.5 knots under most conditions The mainsail conveniently stows with lazy jacks on the boom. All sheets lead to the enclosed and raised helm. There is virtually no danger from getting hit by the boom from any of the primary spaces for steering or lounging. The helm area is like a fly bridge, raised up above the cabin and provides incredible unobstructed 360 degree views. There is an expansive shade with top and full enclosure if needed. There is room for 2-4 extra persons to sit on cushioned bench seats on the port and starboard sides of the helm. The rig features a 65 Foot Norseman /Rondahl 3 Spreader Rig, Lazy Jack main sail with cover on boom: 12oz. Dacron Main Sail, Mack Sail Pack, (7) full battens (Harken) and 2 reefs new in 2006. 9oz. Dacron Roller Furling Genoa Jib, Profurl Ni52 Classic Cruising Furling System w/ Turnbuckle Cylinders. 316 Standard Rigging, cabling sizes vary from 9/16, 5/8, 7/8 all new in 2006.

Mechanical Equipment & Engine Details The CATAMARAN is equipped for serious cruising. Access to the two engine rooms in each hull is by way of locking hatches which step down from the aft cockpit. Spacious engine rooms port and starboard each housing gently purring 4-cylinder 4-236 Perkins Diesel, producing 85 H.P.
