CONSTRUCTION: Hand Laid hull and deck built by Wayne  Beal and custom  finished by Bass Harbor boat

ACCOMODATIONS: Large 11’ x 10’ open cockpit has transom door for easy access, port and starboard storage lockers,  St Croix dinghy davit , custom stainless steel grab rails. Salon/nav area is fully enclosed with door opening to cockpit.  There is ample ventilation with three very large opening windows with screens, two opening windows on windshield and a sliding door next to the nav station.  To starboard is a full galley complete with a Force 10-  3 burner Propane stove  and Norcold  120 vac/12V Refridgeration, full counter with double stainless steel sink, hot and cold water and microwave.  Port area has a settee that converts to a double berth (6’ x 4’3”) and a forward facing bench with foot rests. Cabin forward has a full stand up shower to port and fully enclosed head to starboard both areas have opening hatches for ventilation.  Full V Berth has large overhead opening hatch for light and ventilation. Soles are of teak and trim is varnished oak.

ENGINE/MECHANICAL: Yanmar 6LY2A-STP , 440 HP, 303 hours on engine diesle approx 300 gal fuel tank, Hot/cold pressure water, Xantrex inverter, Sidepower bow thruster, Marine air conditioner

STEERING: Hydro slave steering

ELECTRONICS:  125V/30 AMP shore power2 8D Lead acid batteries, 1 4D lead acid Raymarine RL80C Radar/chartplotter, Raymarine Depth St60, VHF Raymarine 215 DSC, Ritchie Compass, Maxwell Anchor windlass with helm remote

EQUIPMENT:, Force 10 water heater,  120 V engine coolant system Guest spotlight with remote, , Todd helm seat, 4 AFI windshield wipers, life vests, boat hook, fire extinguisher and other misc equipment

 COMMENTS: This boat has been lightly used, in very nice condition and is very well furnished with top of the line equipment.  It is ideally set up as a getaway home, working/commuter boat or ready for an extended adventure.
