The boat has been professionally maintained by Prince William Marine since purchased in 2005, the same Master Technician has performed all work on the boat to include all winterization and de-winterization services. This boat has been used and moored in freshwater.

Interior fabrics, upholstery, carpet, bedspreads and decorative pillows were selected from the Sea Ray Yacht catalog as opposed to the Sport Yacht catalog. The bedspreads and pillows were stored until this year. The interior carpet in the saloon was covered with area rugs until this year. The aft cockpit carpeting was stored off the boat until this season. The swim pad has never been on the boat.

In addition to the Raymarine GPS the boat also has a Sea Ray Navigator II GPS; the hard drive for this system was replaced in 2009.

The engine impellers were replaced at 200 hours, the generator impeller has been routinely replaced at 50 hours. Conducted a repair and replace of components for the cockpit icemaker and master head in 2009.  In 2010 the batteries for the bow thruster were replaced. In 2011 the sump pump for the central sump was replaced during de-winterization.

New Stratoglass windows for the cockpit cover were installed in 2010. Also in 2010 cockpit windshield shades were custom ordered for the boat, the uniqueness of the installation is that it uses a track system instead of snaps.
