Modo Mio is just a wonderful boat and really something special to be on board. Stylish, and cared for in a white glove manner she is a gem. One of two currently listed with us... Only offered for sale due to health issues of the owner, she has been cared for and lovingly used since new. The owner painstakingly designed every aspect of this lovely yacht. She has the galley down office layout and the large master forward. Both heads have stall showers and the office has a double wide openning which leave a nice airy feeling when open, but can be closed off and used as a queen sized bed if guests are on board. There are two barrel chairs to starboard with a high low television mounted into a teak cabinet. Stidd Helmsmans seat with an opening door to starboard and a pilot seat to port with a bar and nav station. The interior is fully varnished with high gloss throughout and the fabrics are in fresh ultrasuede and ultraleather. There is a cockpit bench seat and a great removeable awning for the cockpit as well as a full bimini with a three sided enclosure which was replaced recently.

She is a joy to get on board and truely a special, special boat. Low hours and exceptional maintenance.
