This hard to find, late model, Beneteau 36.7 designed by Bruce Farr has one of the most popular layouts of any sailboat on today's market. The owner's stateroom is aft and to port. This stateroom features a large double berth, privacy door, hanging locker, opening ports to insure ventilation, and plenty of storage. The second guest stateroom is to starboard with a privacy door, hanging locker and good ventilation. Moving forward and to port is the L-shaped galley with refrigeration, hot/cold pressure water, two burner propane cooktop, microwave oven, two stainless steel sinks and more than enough counter space for preparing large meals for the whole family or crew. Across and to starboard is the navigation station with plenty of room for books, electronics, and charts. The main engine is located under the cockpit and is easily accessed by removing the companionway steps. The engine compartment has both the dedicated 12-volt engine start battery and 12volt house battery fixed at the forward end of the space. These can be isolated by three isolation switches located in the aft starboard cabin. The engine is fitted with a 12-volt alternator for charging both house and engine battery banks. The yacht has been fitted with a 110 volt AC to 12-volt battery charge. This is located under the port aft cabin bed. The head is a manual Jabsco head. The shower tray is drained by an electric pump. The galley has a Frigomatic refrigerator that is a 12-volt system. There is a pressurized hot and cold water system to supply the heads, shower and galley sink.
