***Extremely clean low hour three stateroom two head pilothouse motor yacht*** *****************Fresh bottom job and hull wax February 01,2012******************* "HATTIE MAE" has led a pampered life with her original owner. She spent her early years as home to her owner in Seattle, Washington where she also spent some time cruising. Recently she was shipped from Seattle to Belleair, Florida where she is now berthed. Since new, the owner has maintained "Hattie Mae" with an open checkbook, which shows the minute you approach her from the dock. The hull and topside sparkle from proper cleaning and waxing, which reflects the appearance of a newer boat. The bridge has a black bimini top with a full isinglass enclosure. Both upper and lower helms are equipped with an array of Ray Marine Electronics. There is a single captains chair at the forward helm station which is complimented by L-shaped seating to the port and aft. To starboard are the fiberglass molded steps down to the cockpit. Aft of the seating area is open deck space with stainless handrail. There is a large fiberglass cockpit with plenty of room for deck chairs and a table. If fishing is preferred the cockpit has plenty of room to land the big one. A transom door to starboard leads to the swim platform with ladder. There is a davit off the transom for a small tender***Pictured tender does not convey but is negotiable.*** A hatch located in the cockpit leads to the large lazerette, which boasts a great amount of storage space and allows access to the rudder assembly. Sliding glass doors lead into the salon, which has a black leather couch and coffee table to port and a chair, table and ice maker to starboard. A large flat screen TV is located forward to starboard that retracts into its own cabinet just behind the helm. The galley has a nice compliment of appliances to include a full size over under refrigerator freezer, microwave/convection oven, double stainless steel sink, and plenty of storage. The lower helm station is to port with a full instrumentation and electronics. Stairs forward center lead down to the lower companion way, which leads to three staterooms and two heads. The master is forward with a center line queen berth with contemporary soft goods. Master has an en suite private master head with granite counter tops, large stall shower and vacu flush head. There is ample storage in two hanging lockers and large drawers under the bed. To port is the guest head with granite counters, shower stall and vacuflush head ajoined to the the VIP stateroom with a double berth with ample storage and hanging locker. Across the hall to starboard is the third stateroom which has over under bunks and two hanging lockers.. Engine room access is via a hatch in the center of the main salon. Maintenance is a priority to the current owner, which is obvious upon entry to the engine room with clean and dry bilges. Outboard of the port engine are the recently installed air conditioning compressors. Out board of the starboard engine is the hot water heater. The Yanmar 440hp engines are exceptionally clean and free of corrosion. The Northern lights generator is aft behind the access ladder with only 305 hours. All hoses, sea cocks, and strainers are in like new condition. The engine room is on a monthly maintenance program. "HATTIE MAE" is a fine example of pride in ownership. The owner is looking to move into another vessel and will entertain all offers.
