This True North 38 which is well setup for cruising, is a power cruisers dream come true. She has been cruised almost exclusively in fresh water and has been meticulously maintained. The boat has never seen the ice, as she has been in heated storage during all Michigan winters since her original launching and was shipped to Florida for the 2012 / 2013 winter. The owner states his True North, with its low hour (550) Yanmar 440 diesel power house, is a fuel miser. She will go 1.35 NM @ 20 knots sipping only 1 gallon of fuel. Contact us today for your opportunity to own this beautiful cruiser that you will love to take out and enjoy without having to "break the bank" when you fuel up.

Manufacturer Provided Description
The True North 38 has plenty of room for friends and family. We designed a dinette area that could be expanded when needed, and not take up too much space when just a few people were onboard. Its innovative, sliding seat arrangement expands seating from four to six people and easily converts into a double berth for overnight guests. Our answer to cruising with young children is an optional "sleeping loft" above the twin v-berths. Put the kids down early, and you have the rest of the boat to yourself. Easy entertaining was also high on everyone's list, so we kept the galley up, near the cockpit. Thirsty, hungry crew can step up to the counter without worrying about wet bathing suits or sandy feet. With over 90 square feet of cockpit space, and wide deck seating, there's room for everyone to enjoy the outdoors. Of course, all this extra room is no fun if you're busy maintaining and fixing things. So everything about the True North 38 is designed to keep things simple. You'll find no extra fluff and frills, just the things you need to enjoy your experience on the water, all at an affordable price.
Extra large v-berth converts to double bed with optional athwart ships children's loft in forward end of forepeak.
