WINDLASS: Lewmar Ocean 3 vertical capstan type 24V electric anchor windlass, including remote windlass controls in cockpit.
DECK ACCESS: Midship gateway stanchions with stainless steel hinged boarding ladders which close up to form the side-gates and gate to pushpit. Extendable transom ladder to be 600mm below waterline. 3m alloy folding passerelle, including sockets in top rung of steps down to bathing platform and in pulpit for bows-to mooring.

3. RIG AND SAIL HANDLING
MAST and RIGGING: Rig – cutter. Hood slab reefing mast with Fredrikson batten cars. Fully battened mainsail with lazyjacks, and Hood boom with spare batten stowage. Painted white. Extra conduit to masthead. Mainsheet kicker and topping lift to come aft into cockpit, reefing lines and outhaul to dedicated electric winch to port of mast. Solid rod vang. Navtec hydraulic backstay adjuster with manual operating panel in cockpit and mechanical lock off. One pair of mast steps 4 feet from mast head and second pair between deck level and boom gooseneck. Second staysail halyard for redundancy / storm jib, including mast sheave and exit. Second spare mainsail halyard. Tri Sail track on mast. Second Spinnaker pole with topping lift, mast track, line drive pole heel lift and mast clutch. Mast sockets for retro fit jockey pole.
SAILS: North sails, new in 2010. Mainsail, fully-battened. Light weight cruising spinnaker. Storm Jib.
GENERAL: Seven berths in four cabins, excluding the saloon. Interior joinery finished in teak. Designed to be modern and co-ordinated, whilst remaining practical and durable at sea. Essential features include sculpted fiddles and grabrails, ‘shadow-gap’ joints between panels and Oyster custom knobs for lockers and drawers. ‘Chequer-board’ style teak cabin sole. DOUBLE CABIN: Provides a spacious double cabin in the bows, with a centerline double berth, upholstered seat with vanity table, plentiful clothes lockers and a hanging locker.
TWIN GUEST: To port, with wider than standard upper and lower berths, lockers for clothes, a vanity unit, and hanging locker.
FORWARD HEAD: To starboard, shared by both forward cabins, accessed from passageway, incorporating a Sealand Vacuflush toilet, washbasin and separate shower stall. Hans Grohe mixer taps and shower controls. Towel rails, mirror, and a shaver socket.
SALOON: The saloon features an oval table in teak veneer with cream inlay border, including two handhold cut outs, and settee area to port, outboard of which are a pair of lockers and a central shelf to the hullports with stainless steel rods to make book rack. To starboard is another settee. The bar unit accommodates glass and bottle stowage.
WASHER / DRYER: Bosch WVF2000 washer / dryer in forward starboard locker.
NAVIGATION AREA: The chart table can accommodate a half-folded Admiralty chart. There is a bookrack outboard at the hull-side. AC and DC electrical panels are located aft of the navigator’s bench seat. Beneath and behind this seat are fuses and access to electrical breakers.
WORKSHOP/CABIN: Cabin fitted with single berth cabin / workshop, including workbench to allow for clam-on vice with rubber mat. Workshop door to open out forward into step recess by chart table.
GALLEY: The galley is located to port of the cockpit. All galley work surfaces are finished in Avonite, that provides a stylish, hardwearing and attractive finish to protect the surrounding timber. A large rubbish bin is fitted inside a locker door. Teak mugrack for nine mugs.
SINKS: Twin stainless steel sinks, including Seagull IV water filter on cold water supply.
COOKER: A gimbaled electric Force 10 3 hub cooker.
MICROWAVE: AEG Micromat 900W stainless steel combination microwave / grill / oven.
REFRIGERATION: A front-opening refrigerator and a top-opening freezer. Frigomatic 50F twin
compressor with twin plate for freezer, compressors direct water cooled.
DISHWASHER: Fisher and Paykel DS603 dishwasher.
OWNER’S STATEROOM: The aft cabin is configured with a double berth offset from the centerline, a curved settee, dressing table and a large hanging locker, with abundant drawer and locker space. Recess to forward bulkhead to house TV locker, and stainless steel rods to make book rack. From this cabin there is access to starboard to the en-suite head and to port to the galley.
EN-SUITE HEADS: To starboard with a Sealand Vacuflush toilet, a washbasin, and a separate shower stall. Hans Grohe mixer taps and shower controls. Towel rails, a mirror, and a shaver socket.
SOUND SYSTEM: Pioneer Single CD / radio stereo system, interfaced with AUX input from Linn Classik. Bose 131 cockpit speakers.
SALOON: Sharp Aquos 20” Flatscreen TV, flush mounted in TV locker in saloon. Status omni directional
aerial at masthead. Linn Classik DVD/CD player in saloon TV locker with stowage for CDs and DVDs.
I-pod 40GB and cables linked to PC and Classik.
OWNER’S STATEROOM: Sharp Aquos 20” Flatscreen TV in owner’s stateroom. Toad 12V DVD
including IR eye in owner’s stateroom in locker behind TV, connected via amplifier to a pair of Linn
Deskreet speakers in the headling.
ENGINE: Perkins / Sabre M115T. Parallel plumb engine and genset Racor filters in workshop so both can run off a single unit, including vacuum gauges.
ENGINE HOURS: Approximately 3200 @ April 2014.
PROPELLER: 3-bladed 24” diameter feathering Max-Prop.
ROPE CUTTER: Ambassador AM15 rope-cutter on propshaft.

AIR CONDITIONING / HEATING: 220V Cruisair reverse cycle system, comprising of 16000 BTU units each in saloon, in owner’s stateroom, for both forward cabins, with black SMX digital controllers and single water circulating pump.
WATERMAKER: Seafresh 206A watermaker 220V AC 95 litres per hour, including permanent connection of SeaFresh service / flush system.
7. TANKAGE AND PLUMBING
FUEL: 1050 litres approximately (230 imp/277 US gallons) in GRP tank.
WATER: 950 litres approximately (210 imp/250 US gallons) in GRP tank.
TANK TENDER GAUGES: Tank Tender system for 2 fuel and water tanks in workshop.
HOT WATER: From an insulated approximately 76 litres (16 imp/20 US gallons) tank heated by the engine’s heat exchanger, or by thermostatically-controlled 220V, 2kW immersion heater elements powered by the generator or dockside power.
PRESSURISED HOT AND COLD FRESHWATER SYSTEM
HOLDING TANKS: Polypropylene holding tanks to both heads, with Wema gauges and gravity discharge or deck pump out system.
MANIFOLD SYSTEM: Standard seawater inlets upgraded to a stainless steel manifold system so that intakes are via two seacocks with oversized strainers and manifold system.
SHIP’S SUPPLY: 24V.
RINGMAIN: 220V AC ring main with seven double, 3-pin Clipsal outlet sockets located as appropriate within the layout.
OTHER ELECTRICAL SOCKETS: 12V cigar lighter type sockets at chart table, in twin guest cabin, and owner’s stateroom. Waterproof 12V socket and plug in port aft deck locker suitable for dinghy pump. 24V 2 pin Dri-Plug at pedestal with permanent live connection.
BATTERIES: Domestic: bank with 4 x 6V 20 hr rated, and 4 x 6V additional 230 hr ‘deep-cycle’ batteries. Engine start: 2 x 88Ah 12V batteries. All batteries replaced in 2014.
BATTERY MANAGEMENT: Mastervolt 220V MASS 24/100A battery charger. Mastervolt System manager panel with battery monitoring. Engine start to Service battery 24V ‘emergency’ link.

COMPASSES: S.I.R.S. Major 150mm diameter compass with internal lighting.
SAILING INSTRUMENTS: Raymarine ST60. Speed, Depth and Analogue wind direction; Multi-function display; close hauled Analogue wind; Raymarine RL70C Plus radar/plotter repeater mounted in 4-way swivel NavPod at companionway console.
