This Catalina 350, 2004 model is a fresh water boat, lightly used and in great condition. She includes Fisher Panda 4kw Generator, dual marine a/c-heat systems, good electronics including depth, wind, speed and autopilot with VHF Radio and RAM Mic. The headsail is upgraded to 150% to complitment the in-mast Charleston Spar mainsail furling system. The Ultra-leather interior is like new as is the galley and the rest of the boat.
A new bimini and companionway cover was just added. For light air sailing, the boat includes a feathering two blade prop. We sold this boat new and she has been in fresh water since her delivery.
