This boathouse is located at Tacoma Yacht Club. It was built new in 2004. It is 21 feet wide and 76 feet long with a well opening can accommodate up to an 18 foot beam and 60 feet at the water line. It can be opened to 70+ feet at the water line. The height clearance is 20 feet. It has 50 amp 240 V electrical. It has water lines down both sides for convenient washdown. There is and 8' x 20' loft with shelving. It has a rollup curtain with a remote control from the boat. It is located directly at the end of the channel for easy straight in and out access. The opening faces West so you can enjoy the sunset views from the boat even from inside the house. Must be a member or join TYC to own. | ||
