This 38’ Sedan Cruiser was designed by Van Dam Custom Boat's yacht designer for fast coastal cruising, with accommodations for up to four people. While the intent and layout focuses on only two people being on the boat overnight, her generous dinette will convert into a double berth for two guests on the rare occasion that it may be required. She has a roomy cockpit which allows for taking a group out for the day. Her custom cabin interior shows off Van Dam’s talents and is impeccably finished with beautifully joined, satin varnished mahogany that accents her semi-gloss off white interior panels and bulkheads. She has select quarter sawn maple flooring and an inlaid table that is the center of attention below.

Bright varnished wood exterior cabin sides, windshield, transom and trim add warmth to the Awlgripped eggshell cabin top and hardtop. Her hull sides, which are faired to perfection like all Van Dam boats, are Awlgripped in a deep midnight blue and set off with a white bootstripe. She’s powered with two 440 hp Yanmar Turbo Diesels. With an approximate 350 mile cruise range, and fully equipped with radar, chart plotter, and autopilot, this custom built wood boat is designed to take her owners quickly into the quiet corners of our Great Lakes. Once there, a 3.8 kw genset and AC will provide all the comforts for an extended stay.
