You can feel yourself relax as soon as you step from the dock to the shaded front patio of Dream Catcher. There is a table with 4 chairs under a ceiling fan just waiting for a great time with friends and family to begin. Before entering the cabin, you can go up to the upper deck and check out the spacious forward seating where the captain and about 20 of his closest friends can enjoy a commanding view of the waterways. Behind the captain's station, there is a wonderful bar that seats 4-6 people easily, and another lounging area that has a sofa and chairs that face a big screen TV. All of this is under the shade of a fiberglass hard top. Closer to the back of the upper deck is a selection of lounge chairs, outdoor furniture and a gas grill. If you can't find a way to be entertained up here, you aren't looking! There are 2 ways to get off of the upper deck at the stern of the boat. For the young at heart, there is a slide that is the fast way down to the water. For the rest, there is a spiral staircase that leads down to the private patio for the master stateroom. When you enter the master stateroom from the aft patio, you have a very comfortable bed, private bathroom with shower, 2 closets, built in dressers and its own TV. Under the bed is an additional storage area that could house more that you should be allowed to have on board a boat. The hallway leaving the master stateroom going forward to the rest of the cabin is on the port side of the boat. You pass the guest bath room on the right and then the elevated guest stateroom. The guest stateroom has 2 closets, built in dresser and its own TV. As you continue forward, you come to the pantry and washer dryer before you arrive in the kitchen. The kitchen (Galley) has all of the conveniences of a home including a large refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dish washer, trash compactor, wine rack and sink. There is plenty of counter space and a serving bar those seats 3. The dining table seats 4 easily and is located just as you come out of the 3rd bedroom. The 3rd bedroom has 2 futon style beds and built in cabinets, dresser and its own TV. This area could also be easily converted to an office. The living room has comfortable seating, floor lamps and another big screen TV. There is also a second helm station in the living room. Mechanically, this house boat lacks for nothing. It is powered by Twin Mercruiser 5.0MPI Bravo 2 Engines, has a bow and stern thruster for easy handling, and has a Westerbeke 13kw generator to keep the party rolling even away from the dock. Dream Catcher is clean as a whistle and just needs a new owner! The current owner has had a change of plans. Schedule a viewing and see if the Dream Catcher catches you!
