Like all Sea Otter Boats this craft is constructed using Marine Grade BS5083 Aluminium Alloy and has a projected hull lifespan of 100 years. Sea Otter Boats are painted in one of the largest paint ovens in the UK and last an approximate 25 years before re-painting may become necessary, then another 25 years etc. Buying a Sea Otter allows you to spend your time cruising the canals, entertaining your friends and family and enjoy the life of owning a boat. Investing in an aluminium Sea Otter means there are no expensive, laborious hull maintenance schedules, no need for frequent re-blacking and there are no anodes to change.

Off the generous sized cruiser stern deck access is easy to the rear master cabin.This is a generous size and comes with a fixed double bed. There is also a vanity unit as well as plenty of wardrobe space. The cabin is heated by a thermostat controlled radiator.
Moving forward the bathroom has a brand new cassette toilet. There is also a seperate shower cubicle as well as a wash hand basin. The bathroom has it's own radiator.
After the bathroom comes a generous sized dinette & seating area which can be made up into another comfortable double bed when required. It is also ideal for comfortable eating. Next the galley area comes complete with 12 volt fridge, full gas cooker,complete with a four burner hob, grill and oven. The work surfaces and sink and drainer are all built in one continuous unit. Plenty of storage is available in the galley area.
Finally before the bow doors there is a very comfortable seating area which pulls out to become a generous adult single bed or ideal for two children to use. This gives an ideal place for TV viewing or listening to music using the equipment included in the sale. The central bow doors give easy access to the good sized bow deck that has a full cratch cover, lockable equipment lockers and a large self draining gas locker.
