"All About Us" is a lovely and well maintained vessel. She can sleep up to 6; large owner's stateroom forward with centerline queen berth, guest cabin has pullout double on over/under arrangement, full size head with separate stall shower, Vac-U-Flush toilet, beautiful varnished cherry interior with custom entertainment center and liquor cabinet, 30" flatscreen TV with surround sound, 2nd flatscreen in owner's cabin, custom wooden blinds, full galley with extra freezer for just some of the accomodations. Some of her equipment is as follows; bimini with full enclosure for flybridge, electric windlass, Weaver snap davits, Bose sound system, DVD surround sound, icemaker, oil changing system, bow thruster and a wonderful compliment of electronics.
She has just had her hull awlgripped "Flag Green" over this past winter 2012-2013. Beautiful!
She cruises at 24 knots and tops out at around 28 knots.

The Sabre 42 has a lovely and comfortable cruising layout; The master stateroom forward has a centerline queen berth, several hand crafted wood drawers with dovetailed drawer boxes for ample storage. The cedar lining of the hanging locker is just one detail which again demonstrates Sabre's attention to detail and fine craftmanship. Above the berth are additional stowage areas behind tambour cherry sliders and beside the berth, wide shelves for your books and personal effects. Reading lights are placed on the forward bulkhead above the berth. Overhead is a large opening hatch and on the cabin sides, stainless steel opening ports which provide ample light and air to this comforable space. There is a private door to the head compartment.
Aft of the master stateroom is the easily maintained head compartment with separate shower stall. A bi-fold door separates the head and shower and a seat is provided in the shower compartment. The Corian vanity counter is a durable and elegant surface. An overhead deck hatch and stainless steel port are provided for ventilation. Opposite the head is the guest cabin with over/under single berths. When not in use, "French Doors" open up this space for use as an additional area in which to relax. A full length mirror is located on the forward bulkhead. A cedar lined hanging locker and drawers under the lower berth provide the storage needed for your guests gear.
To port is the complete galley with under-counter Sub Zero fridge, ceramic two burner cook-top, convection microwave oven, double stainless steel sinks with single lever mixing faucet and ample storage spaces for all of your provisions. An exhaust fan keeps the galley free of cooking smoke. Halogen lights under all cupboards light the working surfaces of the galley. She also has the optional Corian counter tops for a beautiful and durable work surface. She is open to the main salon and light pours in from the large forward salon windows.
The main salon is bright and open with large windows on all sides. Hand crafted interior joinery in Amercian cherry fills this space with tasteful elegance.To starboard is the lower helm with a sliding door to the side deck. This helm is designed to accept all of today's sophisticated navigational electronics systems. She is set up so that electronics as well as engine controls are easily seen without obstructing the view of the helmsman. Sight lines from the lower helm are excellent. Her helm seat double as a serving table when folded. Aft of the helm seat is the entertainment center followed by a chair and small cabinet on aft bulkhead. To port is an L-shaped settee with a beautiful salon table crafted in cherry and inlaid with burled maple. Forward and to port is a navigation desk. Halogen lighting is provided in the overhead and accent lighting is hidden in the valances.
Her cockpit is large and is one that can be truly enjoyed. A sink with wet bar is standard as well as the three lazarette hatches providing access to the large storage spaces below. An inward turning transom door makes stepping aboard safe and secure along with the accent lighting under the cockpit coaming for a warm light after dark. From the cockpit, a staircase leads to the flybridge and upper helm. Her flybridge has a forward facing L-shaped settee and cocktail table and is equipped with dual helm chairs. Her multi-facetted helm pod has all of the space needed for navigational equipment. Down on deck one will find she has large diameter rails and deep side decks for ease in going forward. At the bow a windlass with rope to chain gypsy is provided as are two wing lockers for storage of fenders, lines and additional ground tackle.
All this is nice but it also helps to have a vessel that has classic downeast good looks too.
