This is a quality built fully insulated live aboard motor yacht with two spacious staterooms, two private heads, laundry, built in soft water system, central vac and many more fully loaded features. The lower deck aft stateroom features ash hardwood floors, ash cabinetry, plasma 52 inch TV, 24,000 BTUs heat / cool, and a 20 inch Hp touch screen monitor connected to a Maretron vessel monitoring system for quick reference of the yacht position or system component operation. The private head includes its own tiled shower, Moen fixtures, heated floors, ash cabinetry with corian counter tops.

  Twin diesel Caterpillar 3208 turbo 435 Hp engines with only 130 hours are located mid ship with spacious separate stand up room and the port engine room housing the 20 KW diesel Northern Lights generator also having just over 40 hours run time. A 2500 watt inverter charger and main electrical distribution panels provide electrical to multiple sub panel systems throughout the other decks. The starboard engine room houses the central vac, water pump system and main house battery banks.

Forward of the engine rooms is a full size easy accessed laundry with washer and dryer.

The forward stateroom features ash hardwood floors, built in phone, cable TV and ash cabinetry, 24,000 BTUs heat / cool, its own head with shower, tiled floors, ash cabinetry, Moen faucets and Corian counter tops. The forward bow thruster room houses the bow thruster, windlass anchor and reverse osmosis sea recovery 7.5 gallon per hour water maker.

The main deck lower helm is has an exceptional array of electronic controls and navigation systems. Hewlett Packard touch screen displays provide easy navigation between screens and system software. Two computer towers housed under the main helm serve to run the electronic systems including the Maretron navigation and vessel monitoring system and the Noboltec chart plotter / radar system. The system is connected to a 24/7 mobile internet modem that enables remote log in anywhere in the world and email alarm notifications. Dash instrumentation includes an extensive compilation of analog back up instruments and control.

A very well designed kitchen located aft of the lower helm on the main deck furnished with stainless Jenn Air full size appliances includes a fridge / freezer / icemaker, dishwasher, microwave and 4 burner stove with its own 24,000 BTUs heat / cool. Counter tops are custom installed Corian with high quality Moen faucets and Blanco duel sink design.

The spacious main salon has built in table tops, plenty of custom cabinetry, a 32 inch Sharp Aquos flat screen TV, Bose surround sound, DVD and PS3 station.

The foreword top deck helm is categorized with another two 20 inch HP touch screens, manual back up controls and gauges to easily navigate, quick reference and monitor the vessel operation and systems.  

A second out door kitchenette  for entertaining has two stainless BBQs, Corian counter tops, built in freezer, hot / cold water with Moen faucets, ice maker, microwave and 110v / 12 vdc fridge are located mid top deck. Aft top deck is a built in 5 person hot tub with custom covered panels.
