LADY AVALON II is an elegant, custom Ocean Alexander motor yacht that was newly commissioned by Rialto Harbor Yachts in May, 2003 for her only owner.  Many hours of careful thought helped to create a vessel that is superbly quiet underway, and a pleasure to live on and cruise.  Her beautiful dark blue hull and graceful lines will catch your eye instantly.  Other than two trips to the Carolinas, once up to the Chesapeake, and some local cruising, she has lived in fresh water here at Rialto Harbor, is in excellent condition and is ready to start another family’s or couple’s adventure.

This highly customized version of the Ocean Alexander 510 features two fully appointed staterooms, the VIP forward and the Master amidships, and two exquisitely appointed heads.  The pilot house has top notch controls, instrumentation and electronics, as well as great visibility, a settee that will convert to a bed, or will seat four to dinner.  A beautiful teak and stainless “floating” stairway ascends to the fly bridge / boat deck.  Down a few steps aft of the pilothouse, the galley / salon is very beautifully decorated and highly functional.  The galley has especially attractive granite countertops and is fully equipped.  The vessel has been very lightly used, and her interior furnishings appear in new condition.  Aft through the teak/glass sliding door is a nicely sized, fully covered cockpit with a service entrance to the engine room / lazarette.

The fly bridge / boat deck is comfortable and roomy.  One can get all the way around the 13’ Novurania tender and the area is safe for small children and pets given the webbing augmenting the standard lifelines.  LADY AVALON II is available due to her owners’ change of plans.  She is lying in fresh water in Alva, FL.  Come and be delighted with this fantastic vessel.
