Offered with only 109 hrs on both engines. Averaged 20 hours per year. This yacht is fully loaded with both living and comfort items as well as navigational electronics. Navigation – it has the 8 inch, Raymarine Color 4KW radar / chartplotter, Raymarine GPS, Raymarine through-hull, brass sonar fishfinder and depthfinder, [ a separate stern area depthfinder – for full-time double hull readings ]. Raymarine marine radio, Living area – There is a refridgerator on the upper deck and a separate down below on the lower deck , microwave, coffee maker, electric stove, two sinks – hot & cold running water 30 gal. Freshwater tank– sinks in cabin kitchen and separate sink above-decks in entertainment – wetbar. 5KW generator, air conditioner heater cable and antenna TV / DVD, sound system controllable in cabin living quarters, at helm and from swim platform.
