S/V GIUVIRMA is a private one owner boat that has been lightly used and never chartered. The yacht was delivered to the Caribbean by a professional captain in 2009 where the owner has enjoyed cruising the Virgin Islands. The vessel is currently registerd in Italy and the VAT tax has been paid. The design offers a very spacious owner's layout with a very large forward cabin, full width head and shower, roomy salon, full galley and two identical guest cabins aft each with their own heads aft. Topside there is spacious cockpit with dual helms, teak seats and a walk thru transom with swim platform. The open decks are uncluttered and very user friendly. The high aspect fractional sloop rig, fast underbody and deep fin keel provide great sailing performance and the upsized 100 hp. Volvo engine offers plenty of power when needed. This is a well engineered yacht with a very spacious interior and user friendly deck plan. She was recently serviced in January 2012 after an extended haul out period. Service items included new bottom paint, new cutlass bearing, new dripless stuffing box, new batteries, new engine alterantor, new engine raw water pump and new toilet pmps on all three heads.  The owner is moving up to larger vessel and is poised to sell.
