To understand what makes a X Yacht special you need to learn that it is built different from many of the other builders. X Yachts provides a hull and deck are in hand laid E glass reinforced in special high stress areas with Triaxial fiberglass. This in connection with a sandwich laminate using hard compressed Divinycell 20 mm foam core material. The solid laminated around the keel reinforcement girder system, the engine install, the propeller, the rudder bearings as well as all through hull fittings make this a very stiff and sound boat. Hull surface outside is made of dark blue gelcoat with 3 white waterline stripes & white cove stripe. Surface of deck outside is laid teak as well as cockpit & swim platform. Hull and deck joint glued together with a special polyester resin and are bolted on 4" centers with 8 mm s/s bolts. Inphase also sports a great looking teak deck that adds to the look and style of this yacht.
The boat is set up to be easily handeled by one or allow a full crew to push the performance of the design. Sail handeling is made easy with 6 Large Anderson winches, 2- 52's and 4-46's that all have handles. The mainsheet is the 'German' mainsheet system making for a very clean and easy to handle mainsheet system. All of the lines are lead aft to two port and starboard winches that can easily be handled by the driver.
2 Spin poles: one is carbon and the second is aluminum that has never been used.
Solid Vang with a double ended leads that go aft to cleats.
