CORKSCREW (Name Reserved) CORKSCREW is a lightly used Down East lobster yacht built by West Bay Boats on a Richard Alley design and finished by Peter Buxton of Deer Isle. She has excellent space and headroom for a vessel of this size, particularly in the wheelhouse, which has headroom of approximately 6' 6". Well equipped and tastefully finished, CORKSCREW has always been stored inside and boat-yard maintained since new. Any needed repairs or work has always been done promptly, and most recently, her bottom was stripped in 2010, barrier-coated, and repainted with InterLux Pacifica bottom paint. In addition, her radar mast was re-Awlgripped in 2010, and a new Lewmar electric windlass installed. We feel that CORKSCREW is a very good example of her type and that she can be well recommended. | ||
