This is a gorgeous sportyacht with great comfort and performance built in. Interior is superior in design w/two private cabins, cherry cabinetry w/ second head in aft stateroom. It has huge circular bridge deck lounge which accomodates a small crowd of guest. The rear cockpit lifts for walk-in access to the engine compartment. Plenty of room to get to everything during routine maintenance and well lighted. Centrally located cockpit refreshment center includes a refrig, tip-out trash bin, cutting board and sink. Forward double chaise lounge has an adjustable back, Convenient cup holders are provided on both sides. The helm station is large and comfortable. It includes a double-wide adjustable seat and a five position steering wheel. The Raymarine depth finder and vhf are standard. RayMarine 10" color radar/plotter and auto-pilot are optional normally. There is a full length mirror and hair dryer to round out amenities This is a very luxurious looking salon complete with "LeatherCrest" seating around an easily removed, inlaid top with entendable leaves. The entertainment center opposite, contains a 20" color TV/DVD player and stereo surround sound. The galley has a beautifully finished hardwood floor that blends seamlessly with the fine, high gloss cabinetry in the galley and salon. There is plenty of storage space, beautiful corian counter top and all the appliances of home. There is another T.V. that can be viewed or hidden behind pull out doors. It has a very powerful 420 hp pair of Mercruisers and 7.3 KW Kohler gen set. There are two (2) Marine A/C Htg units that will blow you away with comfortable air. It has "vacuflush" heads, built in hair dryer, wash down on the aft deck, hot and cold water off the heat exchanger, (3) TV's, Microwave oven, GPS system, Raytheon state of the art Radar, full enclosure, huge swim platform 75 gal water capacity, 277 gal, fuel capacity, 40 gal waste holding tank. The 13 ft beam gives the watercraft plenty of stability, It has a very stylish dash and helm layout and is very user friendly along with power window-shield vent and walk-through to front deck. The front pad is great for lounging or sun bathing. This is a great boat for entertaining, spending the week end or summer on your home away from home. The owners are anxious for a reasonable offer.
