No one needs another should of, could of, would have story.

Owner moving up. Ready to purchase a new 170’ yacht but this one must go first!

This elegant, low hour motor yacht offers the ultimate cruising experience. Although construction began on this yacht in 2001, the yacht was not launched until 2002-3. In 2009 the owner completed gutted the interior soft goods and replaced with new ones inclusive of headliners.

The yacht provides three owner and guest staterooms plus crew, including a Master Stateroom suite with a private second bedroom (which can comfortably sleep 2 extra guests on a queen bed) that is adjacent and directly accessible from the Master Stateroom or foyer.

Stepping onto the spacious aft deck you will find a large teak table with an upholstered seating arrangement positioned around it for socializing and al fresco dining. Stepping aft of this arrangement you will find yourself on the sports deck which offers excellent access to the water. Aft deck includes mounts and chairs for big game fishing with the addition of stern platforms Forward from the Sports Deck you enter the well organized engine room with enough space to walk on the outboard side of the engines and to use the two work benches, each positioned over one of the two full sized generators.

The large, full beam salon is entered from the aft deck through large stainless steel framed door that is part of the all glass aft wall. The salon and dining area’s cabinets and bulkheads are finished in high gloss cherry wood and when combined with the vessel’s rich fabrics and comfortable, stylish furniture it is truly a feast for the eyes. The forward portion of the salon, defined by two cherry wood columns, is the formal dining area. Moving forward to port on the main deck is the stair case leading to the Master and Guest Staterooms and to starboard is a day head and a passageway to the galley with and a huge storage and mechanical / equipment room positioned under the raised pilothouse.  Moving forward still you enter a very large and airy Country Kitchen with a complete array of new kitchen appliances and a large dinette for family meals. Steps leading down from the forward portion of the Country Kitchen leads you to a stateroom with a double berth and ensuite head that can be used by guests or even the captain if you so choose.

The pilothouse is accessible from a small staircase leading from the Main Deck and is fully outfitted with the ships controls, diagnostics, navigational and communication equipment and electronics. Up a few steps from the pilothouse is the sky lounge, a private area that acts as a second salon equipped with a bar, desk, “L” shaped sofa, and chairs and windows positioned 360 degrees around the area. Aft of the sky lounge is the Sun Deck with upholstered seating, a table, and large sun umbrella. Life rafts, tender davit, 1600cc OHC Yamaha Wave Runner and RIB tender complete the package.

A staircase in the Salon leads you to the lower deck where there is an open foyer with the entrances to two Guest Staterooms, the Master Stateroom and a study (which is a part of and directly accessible from the Master’s Suite). The Master Stateroom utilizes the full beam as does the His & Hers Master Head with a large shower equipped with a seat. A private door leads from the Master Stateroom to the Study which has a matching custom made queen bed, TV, and bookcase.
