The electrical systems on TRINITY were designed and installed by the Hallberg-Rassy to provide ample 12V and 24V direct current and 110V 60hz and 220V 50hz power whether he was underway or connected to shore power in the USA, Europe or other planned destinations. A quiet Fischer Panda genset or the large alternators installed on the main engine minimize the charge time and provide redundancy. The wind generator and solar panels will eliminate or reduce genset/engine charging when cruising. All major house loads are 24V for efficiency. A 12V house battery and service is provided for the stereo and other electronics that do not accept 24V.
