This is a rare opportunity to own a legendary Gunboat catamaran. Hull #2 of the Gunboat 62 series, this Morrelli & Melvin design is known for her fine blend of performance and comfort - setting the bar for large, performance cruising catamarans, worldwide.
Winner of her class in Antigua Race Week 2011, Cucu Belle was upgraded by her discerning owner in a major refit in mid-2010, including air conditioning and a new generator. A second major refit was completed in mid-2011, including new deck hatches, a water maker and a major re-power. The result is a top quality, proven vessel - ready to continue cruising the world's oceans, in speed and comfort.
At Morrelli & Melvin, we are intimately familiar with the design, construction and ongoing enhancements to the Gunboat 62 fleet. As the original designers of this line of catamarans, and the "go to" engineering support group for these vessels, we bring a depth of knowledge and level of support - both during and after the sale - that is unmatched in the industry.
Further, this broker assisted in the recent delivery of Cucu Belle, across the South Pacific - from Fiji, to our docks, in Newport California - where she is now available for viewing. So, in addition to our intimate knowledge of the design - we are also in the position to share firsthand experience as to her capabilities, and performance characteristics.
Please note that this vessel is not for sale or charter, to US residents, while in US waters.
