Beautiful one owner fully maintained wide body motor yacht.  The open space in the salon and dining room is what you would expect to find on a 100 foot plus yacht.  The galley is spacious and equipped with top quality appliances that you the feeling of being home.  The pilot house is extremely functional and well laid out.  There is access to the fly bridge from the pilot house and galley area where you will find a spacious fly fridge with a hard top.  There are seating areas that are both covered as well as uncovered.  Aft there is a 14 foot Novurania and a hydraulic deck crane. 

Forward and downstairs from the pilot house there are four quest cabins, each with private baths with showers. Forward is a large VIP suite, aft there are identical port and starboard cabins each with a queen size bed and all the way aft is the full beam master that is over sized and beautifully decorated.  The master bath is also over sized and in marble with a large jacuzzi type tub and shower.  There is also a large walk in closet. 

The aft deck has built a built in settee and table for covered out door dinning.  From the aft deck there is access to the crews quarters and the engine room.  The crews quarters is ample and comfortable for a crew of two with a mini galley, refrigerators, laundry facility and plenty of storage.  The sleeping cabin offers a queen and a single bunk.  There is also a private bath with shower.  The engine room is very well laid out and offers easy access to all machinery.  The twin 3412 Caterpillar engines provide a wide range of options from extremely economical slow speed cruising to comfortable high speed passages.  There is 2500 gallons of fuel, 250 gallons of water plus water maker and only 5'7" draft making this boat extremely friendly for Bahamas cruising.
