Finest 36 Monk you will find!! Freshwater vessel her entire life she has been meticulously cared for by her owners. With this being one of the last built in Nova Scotia her quality and character speak for herself with over 200 Monk 36s built. Her 13' beam gives her generous space on the side decks and the highly flared upswept hull ensure a dry ride while cutting through the chop. The large windows throughout the salon give the traditional teak interior a very well lit and open feel. Custom shelves and additional cutout counter storage give the galley and her ammenities something not seen in other Monks on the market. The master stateroom offers a queen size mattress with memory foam and a seperate AC control to ensure a comfortable night. While the attached head is considerably larger than one would expect with standup shower, Jabsco head and marble vanity and sink.

L shaped galley is aft in the salon with twin stainless sinks below an expansive window on the starboard side and is equipped with:

Excellent access to engine compartment through the teak and holly sole. Chart table forward of dinette on port side of companionway. Thermostat location for the salon is just forward the port door. To the starboard side you will find the fully equipped lower helm with an adjustable swivel helmsman seat. 2 doors (port & starboard) give access to the side decks and large windows all around give this space a bright and open feel.
Forward Berth and day head.
Forward V-berth is roomy enough for two and has an expansive hanging locker and storage with access to the control panel on the starboard side. To the port side you will find a roomy day head with plenty of counter space and storage. Also equipped with a wet shower and manual jabsco flush head for guests.
Master Stateroom and head.
As you step down into the master stateroom you will notice generous amounts of storage through drawers, cabinets and hanging lockers in the traditional teak interior. A queen size mattress with memory foam will insure a peaceful stay while onboard. The attached master head is very roomy with a stand up shower, manual flush jabsco head and sink with plenty of counter space and storage. This stateroom has it's own AC thermostat and unit seperate from the salon and it's settings.
