Caduceus is currently Canadian Ships registered and is "Not Available for Sale in US Waters".  Very easy to move her north of the boarder and "de-flag" for closing to a US Buyer - 1.5% US Duty will be due upon import.  For a Canadian Buyer - 9.5% Canadian Duty has already PAID!
