 Due to a lightning strike, on this IP-420 you get a 2001 boat kept in premium condition with all electronics replaced in August, 2006. This replacement included new Autohelm 6001 Smart Pilot, two each E-80 chartnav/radar with new scanner, new ST60+ Depth, Wind and Speed by Raytheon, New Bow-thruster controls, new stereo/cd, 2 each new 16K BTU reverse cycle heat and air, new VHF radio with ram cockpit mic, new alternator and new house batteries and new Adler Barbour Refrigeration. At this time the bottom was also painted, cutlass bearing replaced and the boot striped raise. It is like starting new. The boat also includes Fisher Panda 8kw genset, bow-thruster, in-mast mainsail furling, furling jib and staysail, twin electric anchor windlass (one for each anchor)and much, much more.

This Island Packet 420 is in beautiful shape. She has low engine hours. This boat spent 70% of its life on a fresh water lake in Alabama and was only gone for two winters to the caribbean. Her maintenance is beautiful.
