The Cruisers 53 Express was designed to be an offshore thoroughbred, with the performance, handling, accommodations, and storage necessary for long-term cruising. Incorporating the swim platform, she reaches approximately 58 feet in length, and provides a comfortable 16-foot beam. She boasts an approximate 700-gallon fuel capacity and a stylish hardtop. The well-thought-out above-deck configuration includes a walk-around helm area that gives the pilot and co-pilot easy helm access, and there's generous horseshoe seating aft that can be converted to a spacious sunlounge, an aft deck / platform seating area, and plenty of storage. Other standard features include widened sidedecks, allowing a full twelve inches for forward access, and the option to add davits or a hydraulic platform for handling a dinghy or personal watercraft. Below-deck accommodations include a choice of interior layouts: a three-stateroom layout, a two-stateroom layout with additional living space, and a two-stateroom layout with separate office space. The full-service galley comes complete with all the necessary liveaboard features. Other standard amenities include bar-type seating forward of the galley, an entertainment center, a washer / dryer, a walk-in cedar-lined closet, and six feet, six inches of headroom throughout.
