The boat has served as our sailors "apartment" since the fall of 2014 and is to be sold with everything needed to sail long distances or for use as apartment.
The boat is sailing under Norwegian flag.
In case of a fast decision (until November 1st), the boat can be delivered in the Mediterranean. After this date, the boat can be delivered in the Canary Islands. We still live in the boat and can be very flexible on the acquisition date and place of delivery.
Tax is paid in the EU, but not in Norway.
The boat was designed by Bruce Farr and last sailboat in this series were produced in 2001/2002. The boat is oversized hull and rig to withstand hard voyage at sea. Hull thickness is 12mm and the rig is more powerful than necessary (12 mm rod). The mast is consistently and fitted to the vessel bottom / keel. Mast height from waterline is 16,8m.
The boat is a 'owners version with two large cabins and was supposed to be delivered to the US market. The boat has therefore 2 pcs air conditioning (220V), 2 electric Lewmar winches splice (54), 1 electric Lewmar (44) fall winch, separate freezer and refrigerator. For especially interested there is also a built-in microwave (only used as closets of us). In addition, there are additional outlets installed as an option.
The inside is well maintained and the interior is pretty . Due to its special center cockpit room layout, it´s also comfortable as an apartment. Clearly separated galley area, big cabins and lounge compared to the more traditional standard 2-3 cabins solutions most of today's yachts are supplied with.
There is very good storage in the boat, and all we have on board is stowed in shelves, cabinets or slots. There is no problem for 2 people to have "the whole life" on board as well as food / drink for 3 months without anything is visible and in the way.
The yacht has two large cabins with private bath / shower and 4 people live comfortably aboard. In addition, the table in the lounge folds down and two adults sleeping well in the "lounge livingroom".
Pillowcase, mattresses and curtains are in the same pattern and quality. Maritime embossed white and blue stripes.
Externally it is screwed teak deck (original teak deck, some screw heads visible) tand blue cushions in good condition. We have not done anything with teak deck apart from normal wash. We know about tree damage exterior; deck list at BB side under / around midstkips Cleat is broken and must be replaced (no leakage), teak deck at anchor hatch BB side in front are fixed and must be pasted again, perfectly tight cover strip (we believe) that we have not found, there is moisture in mattress in front by a lot Overseas, this has only happened four times as long as we've had the boat. (It will not fill with water when it rains a lot or hosed).
Sprayhood should be replaced before next season. Bimini is in ok condition and remains in several seasons.
The yacht has had three previous owners and never gone in charter / rental. Previous owner used it as a holiday apartment in Barcelona from 2009 to 2014. The boat was very little sailed before we took over. The boat has to our knowledge never run aground.
We have all the manuals, user instructions and logs of completed service conditions on board.
She is easily sailed, also for one-handed sailing. All rope is returned to the cockpit. Mainsail and Genoa on a roll. Staysail can be taken on and off as needed. We normally leave the stag sail mounted constantly. Can easily be converted to staysail on a roll.
Hydraulic steering makes it easy for the autopilot and staying the course even under full sail without having to work hard.
The boat is well maintained and has been upgraded significantly and steadily after we took her.

Engine (Yanmar 4JH2DTE 75 BHP) was taken out of the boat and completely overhauled in December 2014 by a Yanmar workshop in Barcelona. The engine has been 712 hours since overhaul. Total 2744 hours (per 03.04.16)
Generator (Vetus 8 KVW) complete overhaul at the same workshop. Has passed about 300 hours since overhaul.
Photovoltaics 3x135W (mounted on the targa hoop) In the Caribbean charger normal solar cell batteries 100% every day, and we have only used the generator a few times to charge the batteries.
Replaced all subsea valves and seacocks, total 11pcs (December 2014)

We also have a survey report from November 2014, which we ordered from an independent Surveyor, this can be sent if desired. Survey was conducted over two days by an independent inspector from England who prepared a 39 pages report to us.
