Managability is the cornerstone of the Beneteau 311. Easily sailed by a crew of one the 311 is beautifully balanced on the helm. In fact, the 311 while having a super large cockpit and swim platform also doubles as a great club racer.  She is FAST even though she sports refrigeration, lazy jacks, bimini, and cruising items such as autohelm self steering and air conditioning. Air Conditioning was not an option from the factory, but was added by Rooke Sails in selling the boat to the original owner.  This is a  rotary unit and is considerably quieter than the factory unit.

A "freshwater" sailed boat only, the good news is that this 311 has been pulled every season by the current onwer for inspection and maintains this 311 in superior fashion. All exterior teak has recently been re-varnished and include custom covers.  The sails reconditioned this spring by Sail Care.  The diesel enjoys meticulous maintenance.  All filters were changed with the oil change this spring including new fuel filter and a new water impeller.   You will find this Beneteau 311 ready to go - - not one that requires rebuilding to have things right.
