KAITLIN ANN is a Robert H Perry-designed custom launch produced by the craftsmen at Schooner Creek Boat Works in Portland Oregon. Like Hacker Craft and other classic yacht reproductions, she combines state-of-the-art construction techniques and engine technology with 1930's-era styling to produce one of the most beautiful and serviceable runabouts on the water. Commissioned by her Seattle-area owner, she has seen very light use and was lift-stored on Lake Washington. KAITLIN ANN will impress the most quality-conscious yachtsman.

KAITLIN ANN's hull was produced using a composite sandwich that captures 1/4" Honduran mahogany between layers of epoxy-wetted 6 oz e-glass on the outside and 1/2" R75 Klegecel high density foam coring backed by 1/4" Port Oreford cedar planking and 6 oz uni-eglass on the inside to make an incredibly strong yet lightweight yacht. Her exterior is finished with six coats of Awlbright high-gloss clear polyurethane for beauty and ease of maintenance.
KAITLIN ANN'S deck and coachroof is also a composite sandwich consisting of an outer skin of epoxy-wetted 6 oz e-glass covering Honduran mahogany planking, 1'4" Okume ply, 3/4" R55 Klegecell, a second layer of 1/4" Okume ply and an inner skin of 6 oz uni-eglass. Like the hull, topsides were finished with six coats of Awlbright high-gloss clear polyurethane.
KAITLIN ANN is powered by a single 425-horsepower freshwater-cooled Marine Power 502 fuel-injected gasoline engine coupled to a Borg Warner Velvet Drive Model 20-02-003 v-drive marine transmission. She runs a 1-1/2-inch diameter Aquamet 22 shaft with Michigan DynaJet 16" dia x 18' pitch nibral prop. All running gear is in 'As New' condition with fewer than 20 hours total engine time.
Following traditional 'launch' design, KAITLIN ANN has luxurious forward and aft seating areas separated by an integral bulkhead. Seating surfaces are trimmed in supple UltraLeather and her soles are solid teak strips. The helm is located forward to starboard and includes comprehensive instrumentation, throttle and shift controls, auxiliary switches and an entertainment system with independently-adjustable speakers for both seating areas. Storage is provided in numerous sidewells and forward of the helm footwell. Both interior compartments are equipped with HeaterCraft marine heaters to keep cruisers comfortable in chilly weather. Aft of the second row is an engine hatch followed by a lazarette hatch.
