MANUFACTURER PROVIDED DESCRIPTION

Built by the OUTREMER CATAMARAN shipyards (France), on Gérard Danson's plans. At the heart of Outremer's long-standing know-how is the combination of sturdiness and weight control.
Hull's polyester (vacuum infused), special NPG gelcoat + vinylester/polyester laminate (vinylester on external skins). PVC sandwich plating to provide insulation and rigidity, double monolithic bilges for resistance to impacts and perforations.
All bulkheads, berths and lockers are laminated/glued to the hull to provide maximum structural rigidity.
Deck infused in 5 mm and 20 mm PVC for performance and insulation, and glued then laminated over the whole length of the joint, which gives it exceptional strength.
Infused polyester daggerboard wells: monolithic structure for higher strength

Interior bulkheads are laminated (structural bulkheads) or glued to the hull
Rudders in polyester / stocks in aluminium
