A very extensive refit was carried out while in the RMK yard in Turkey, between Oct. 2011 to August 2012. The renewal of the teak decks and paint work were contracted by RMK whilst all further upgrades, replacement and refurbishment of systems was carried out by Nautor trained technicians. The list of issues that was addressed is too long to put into a specification. Just the highlights are listed below.

Hull and Deck construction
HULL & DECK The construction is partly high tech with honeycomb cored pre-pregnated carbon fibre structural bulkheads and main deck. Carbon fibres are used to reinforce the hull stiffeners. Hull construction is of proven solid single skin glass fibre reinforced Vinylester laminate.
Finish: Coloured topsides, originally in gel coat dark blue (instead of standard white) - repainted to Awlgrip Majestic blue (June 2012). Cove stripe and boot top painted in Pale Gold Awlgrip. Bottom paint, International Micron Extra, black. Transom and deck extended by 45 cm to give an aft deck of 1,65m at build stage.

Engine and Mechanical
Yanmar 4LHSTP, 4 cilinder, 240Hp, new 2012. 2096 hours at April 2015 3 blade Gori folding propeller, serviced 2012. Accessories on engine: Heat exchanger for the consumable fresh water is included in the same circuit. making hot water available whenever the engine is running. Service alternator, replaced (10/2006). Service: Engine bed reinforced – Villefranche (02/2007). Exhaust system: Main engine exhaust outlet at the transom. Wet exhaust system with fibreglass silencer and gas/water separator for main engine and diesel generator, cooling water is discharged below waterline, exhaust gases, discharge through transom. Exhaust system replaced 07/2012 for both main engine and gen set.
Fuel Fuel volume 2000 Litres in stainless steel tanks. Fuel filters: Racor 75/500 FGX P 10 for the engine and Racor 500 FG P for the diesel generator. Fuel filter / water separator with alarm. Racor fuel filter replaced and installed new set (09/2002).
Plumbing and Electrical Systems
PLUMBING AND VENTILATION Forced air ventilation in cabins. Exhaust ventilation in heads and galley and engine room. Replaced aluminium vent grill to fibreglass in centre cockpit (06/2002). Water maker, Sea Recovery Aqua Whisper, 4,500 litres 1200 gallons per day Freshwater system: Integrated stainless steel water tanks. Deck shower at bathing platform aft. Fresh water connection to deck washes outlets amidships starboard and in anchor well.
Seawater system: Deck wash outlets fore and aft.
Black water system: Linked to the two toilets aft (Day head and Owners) approx. 200 litres. Forward holding tank linded to crew and forward heads, approx 70 litres
ELECTRICAL DC system: Battery capacity 1200Ah / 5h, (600 for radios, 600 for service). Additional 24V outlet on the aft edge of the galley vent Dorade box forward of the mast and steering wheel pedestal. AC system: Additional 230V outlet in the locker starboard side of the main entrance for chargers. Power sources: Shore power 230V and 115V via 6kVA transformer. Separate shore power inlet for air conditioning 230V 50A, (each inlet is provided with polarity alarm) Inverters and chargers in aired location.
