Bermudan ketch yacht from the office of John Alden, the great American yacht designer. Drawn in 1968, she is the fourth boat built to this design. The hull was moulded at Gweek Quay Boatyard, Cornwall, fitted outin Spainand commissioned in 2000 . Design No. 1008. RCD Cat A.
This is an elegant and powerful yacht built to the highest standards and maintained by her short list of owners in a way that any owner would be proud of. She has been continually updated since new and is now well proven after extensive cruising in European waters. She has a full RCD certification and is absolutely ready to take her next owners to any part of the world they wish to visit.
Clipper bow with a short counter stern and plenty of beam as was usual with American designs gives this boat a lot of interior volume for her length. The cockpit is very spacious and the rig has proved to be easily managed by a cruising couple no matter what the weather. The generous beam means the side decks are wide enough to move easily along the boat while still having a large coachroof to increase the space within the cabin.
