EXCEPTIONAL Care & Maintenance!! LOW HOURS!!! SHOWS VERY WELL. MUST SEE.
The Catalina 34 Mk II is one of my personal favorites. She is larger than expected below with an athwartship aft cabin, good sized head and galley and a main saloon with a convertible table/berth. She also has a very nice walk-thru transom with an improved stern and swim platform that makes swimming and boarding easy. With her shoal, wing keel and efficient hull and rudder shapes, full batten mainsail & 135% Genoa, the 34 performs. She is a real Performance Cruiser: comfortable and fast. The newer, Mk II, includes all of Catalina's enhancements to the 34 since initially introduced in the mid-eighties..
This is a well loved 34 Mk II complete with manuals and spare parts. It is a must see!!!!
And, on top of all of that, she has a complete winter cover and less than 785 engine hours. She is very clean!!!!

Starting at the bow is a very large and comfortable Vee Berth with storage everywhere: A drawer and cabinet under the berth and shelves along both hull sides. There is still more storage cabinets on the port side of the entrance and a hanging locker on starboard. There is good room to dress in front of the berth. The cabin is like the entire boat is light and airy with a large opening hatch and 2 opening ports plus 2 12V reading lights.

There are cabinets and shelves above the seating on both hull sides built around a fixed port on each side. An aft facing Nav Station across on port with a large desk. The battery bank switch is under the desk and the Electrical Panel is above. Within easy reach is a VHF radio, the AC/Heat Pump digital controls and a Sony AC/DC/CD player.
The well designed Head is aft of the Nav Station with a commode and a sink with pullout shower. A Medicine cabinets above the counter and an additional cabinet with access to head plumbing is under the counter.
The Aft Cabin entrance is behind the Galley. There is room with the door closed to stand and dress. The Queen sized athwartship berth is very comfortable. There is a combination drawer and cabinet at the entry with a shelf at the top. There are 2 reading lights plus an opening hatch over the entry and an "escape" hatch from the berth to the cockpit. There is a large lazarette on port and an Escape Hatch from the Aft Cabin on Starboard.
The center line Companionway has 4 steps up to the Cockpit through cafe doors with both solid and screen inserts and there is a fixed hatch in the Companionway Hatch for extra light. The Cockpit is large enough for sailing, entertaining and napping. She has a Walk Thru Transom with Swim Ladder and Stern Rail Seats.
