This Baia 48 is in excellent condition as her current owner has been continuously and meticulously maintaining and upgrading the yacht and all of its onboard equipment. In particular, both engines had a major overhaul by Volvo Penta in 2010, all interior upholstery, carpets, linens etc. had a major refit in 2010, the hull had a preventative anti-osmotic treatment in 2011 and an entirely new Awlgrip Awlcraft 2000 paint (silver/grey) in 2012.
