The "AVS" stands for aft-vented-step --- in other words, this is a 2 step-hull boat, with the steps venting pressure out of the aft area of the boat. The 33 Scarab AVS is a fast, smooth running, tight turning performance boat. Factory tests show time to plane - 4.0 seconds, cruising speed of 52 MPH and 76 MPH top end. Tri-axel trailer included.
