1999 Sumerset 18 x 85 House Boat

This boat was totally updated by the previous owner and has again been updated by the current owner.  The boat comes with two jet ski ramps, a backup camera, three anchors, two thrusters, a new granite counter top on the upper deck bar and new furniture for the upper deck.  The boat has two drive stations with vhf radios at both stations, depth indicators at both stations, five tv’s, dvd player, a surround system in the main salon, and on and on.  The boat is powered with two 5.7 L. Mercurisers with 250 h.p. each and very low hours.  The galley has it all including a dish washer, trash compactor, double sink, cook top and oven, microwave oven, large two door refrigerator, hot and cold pressure water system and there are two hot water heaters.  There are two gravity flow heads, two showers and there are three 90 gallon holding tanks for the black water.  This boat has six bedrooms and will sleep 14 in beds.  There is a 20 kw Westerbeke generator and a four ton head pump providing central heating and air conditioning.  There is a bimini and a new party top with new black canvas.  The boat also has a compass, spotlight, two bilge blowers, and two automatic fire suppression systems.  The interior is in tans this is a fresh water boat on an inland fresh water lake.  You will have to see this boat in person to appreciate how nice it is.
